Privacy notice

This notice explains what personal data this website processes, why, and what rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Who is responsible

The data controller is Enrico Antonini, Verona, Italy. You can reach me about anything in this notice at the email address in the footer.

What this site does not do

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics or tracking, and loads no third-party content such as fonts, maps or social media widgets. The site is shown in English or Italian according to your browser’s language preferences. If you switch language or theme yourself, your choice is saved in your own browser’s local storage and never leaves your device.

Hosting

The site is hosted on GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc.). To deliver the pages, GitHub processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of your visit, and may keep it in server logs for security purposes. See the GitHub Privacy Statement.

Contact form

When you send a message, the form transmits your name, email address, subject and message to Web3Forms, which forwards it to my inbox. I use this information only to reply to you. The legal basis is your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and my legitimate interest in answering messages (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). I keep messages for as long as the conversation needs, and delete them within 24 months of the last exchange. See the Web3Forms privacy policy.

Booking a call

Bookings are handled on Cal.com, which checks my calendar availability and sends the confirmation and video link. Cal.com processes your name, email address and the details you enter under its own privacy policy. I use booking data only to prepare for and hold the call. The legal basis is your request for the call (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

International transfers

GitHub, Web3Forms and Cal.com may process data outside the European Economic Area, relying on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
